Are these research chemicals?

No. All compounds are dispensed by LegitScript certified, USP 795 and 797 compliant licensed 503A compounding pharmacies.

How does the membership work?

CollectiveOS membership is $249/year with a 10-day free trial. Members get access to member pricing on all compounds from licensed US 503A compounding pharmacies.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel before your 10-day trial ends for no charge, or cancel your annual membership at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What compounds do you offer?

CollectiveOS currently offers NAD+ in three dosages — 250mg, 500mg, and 1000mg — compounded by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Your prescribing physician will determine the clinically appropriate dose during your consultation.

What if I have side effects?

If you experience side effects, stop use and contact a healthcare provider. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this platform for urgent or emergency medical situations.

Is this HSA/FSA eligible?

Yes. Both the membership fee and product purchases are HSA/FSA eligible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our pharmacy partner. Overnight shipping is available for most locations.

What states do you ship to?

We ship to states where we are licensed. During the shipping address step, we'll confirm eligibility for your state.
